Just as high in Vitamin C as it is sweet, this versatile fruit sauce is a delicious and healthy topping for waffles or pancakes; save the leftovers (if there are any) for marmalade!

Sidenote:
  1. Other fruits that can be used to make a fruit sauce are blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, mixed berries, kiwis, frozen peaches, mangoes, etc. The list goes on...
Proceed to Make the Sauce:
  1. Blend all ingredients (EXCEPT the frozen fruit) until smooth.
  2. Place the frozen strawberries into a medium pot.
  3. Add blended ingredients, and simmer on medium heat.
  4. Stir the mixture, and continue stirring until the sauce reaches the desired thickness.
  5. Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
