Retreat Details at a Glance Time to Finish the Work: An Upper Room Experience in Preparation for the Latter Rain.

Along with our regular meetings on the unfolding of last day events, and how to prepare for the final crisis and the latter rain; there will be classes on Medical Missionary Work and Healthful Living; Righteousness by Faith and True Education; Workshops on Evangelism and Home Sanitarium; Country Living, Home Building... and much more!

II. Lodging and Meals Back To Top

Cost for lodging and meals are packaged into one convenient price. These plans span the duration of the retreat (meals beginning Wednesday morning, and ending on Sunday morning with a sack breakfast). NOTE: Any child 5 years old and under, attends at no cost! Meals included with a plan will be directed by our camp meeting kitchen staff. We serve a plant-based vegetarian menu (free of milk and eggs); served twice a day!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The only food allowed on campus will be from the camp meeting kitchen. Facility Administration will not allow any "outside food" on the premises. Only RV/Tent registrants will have a designated area for personal food items. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Amenities: Provide all of your own personal supplies Sleeps as many as your RV or Tent will hold Food prep facility, restrooms, and showers

There are 5 days that meals will be served; 2 meals/day (beginning with breakfast Wednesday morning, and ending on Sunday morning with a sack breakfast). Max selection allowed for each person: 9 meals.

NOTE: The only food allowed on campus will be from the camp meeting kitchen. Facility Administration will not allow any "outside food" on the premises. Only RV/Tent registrants will have a designated area for personal food items. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Meal Plan Costs: Adult meal plans are available at a rate of $13/meal (or $25/day). Child meal plans are available at a rate of $11/meal (or $20/day).

ATTENTION: Important Travel Notice

To eliminate any confusion, ALL registrants who may need transportation to/from the airport/train/bus station – please, plan your travel according to the pickup times listed below. Also, you can view our travel document here »

On Tuesday (Aug. 8th), shuttles will be departing from the airport at 8am, 10am, 2pm, and 4:30pm. On Sunday (Aug. 13th), there will be 4 scheduled airport drop-offs; at 7am, 10am, 1pm and 4pm. With distance and travel time taken into consideration, please understand that we will not be able to provide transportation outside of these designated times. If you are unable to secure tickets to arrive/depart as advised, we would kindly ask that you consider alternative options to meet your specific transportation needs. Once tickets have been purchased, please email your travel itinerary to our transportation coordinator – Bro. Ricardo Parks (parksabs@gmail.com). Thank you!

All praise be to God for providing us with a bigger facility for our 12th Annual Camp Meeting Retreat; a place His providence has arranged for us to still be in charge of the food preparations! May God richly bless you and yours, as we earnestly prepare with much prayer for this year's retreat; reading and re-reading Early Writings, pp. 269-272. For any further questions, please call 931-363-2059 or 256-683-0959.

Special Note: Because of the pricing structure of this facility, there can be no other discounts given. If you stay on campus, the price for one day or for all six days is the same. We encourage you, if at all possible, to make plans to attend the full session.

Refund Policy: Once the application and payment is submitted, these funds are processed to secure camp meeting expenses. We do understand that not everything goes according to our plans, so if God's providence later indicates otherwise, we will refund your deposit up to 50% (for any refund request received before July 3rd). After such time, all transactions are final; and refunds will no longer be available. Thank you for understanding! God bless.
